Outside caterers are allowed, subject to a ₱20,000 corkage fee.
Each event is allotted 80 amperes of electrical load. Excess usage will incur a ₱5,000 charge.
- ₱10,000/hour for extension during the event proper
- ₱3,000/hour for ingress or egress extension
- ₱20,000 additional charge for events starting at 10:00 PM or later (wee-hour fee)
All extensions must be coordinated and approved in advance.
- 2 complimentary parking slots are reserved per event
- Additional pay parking is available: ₱60 for the first 3 hours, ₱20/hour fraction thereof.
- Additional parking may be arranged at PUP San Juan (4 houses away), subject to availability. Please coordinate the estimated number of vehicles in advance.
Yes, located in the basement with a 2.8-meter vertical clearance.
Each supplier is allowed 1 hour for loading and unloading.
Yes, available at the 7th floor for ₱3,500 per hour.
- Pencil bookings are allowed for up to 5 days
- A reservation is confirmed only upon payment of the 50% reservation fee
Yes, the following are not allowed:
- Heavy cooking
- Use of confetti or glitter
- Use of nails, screws, or anything that may damage the venue
The venue is located in a residential area. Loud music or noise may result in complaints to the local government (LGU).
- The client must reduce the volume if a complaint is received
- Multiple complaints may result in event stoppage
- All clients, guests, and suppliers must comply with noise regulations
Yes. Site visits are available:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Weekend visits are allowed with advance notice so we can inform the building guard
